Returns Policy

Fit exchanges

Sizing is the most common reason a first pair doesn’t work out — our size ranges overlap by design, so it’s an easy fix. If the fit isn’t right, we’ll exchange your first pair for another size once, free of charge, within 30 days of delivery — even if it’s been tried on. Sign in and visit your order history, or contact us with your order number, to start an exchange.

Westside School of Ballet families can skip the mail entirely and handle exchanges in person on pickup days.

Refunds

Unworn pairs in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your return, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. As next-to-skin apparel, worn pairs outside the one-time fit exchange above can’t be restocked or refunded.

Manufacturing defects

If a pair arrives with a manufacturing defect, report it within 7 days of delivery for a prompt replacement. Normal wear from class or performance — including run-throughs, floorwork, and rosin — isn’t a defect and isn’t covered; it’s exactly what these tights are built to withstand better than conventional nylon, not indefinitely.

Return shipping

Return shipping is customer-paid, except when the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect, in which case we cover it.

Retail purchases

If you bought your pair through a retail partner such as The Ballet Shop rather than belle’s own site, that retailer’s return policy applies — please contact them directly.
