These terms govern your use of the Belle website and store. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to them.

Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud or unavailable inventory. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Account responsibilities

You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as possible, but materials, sizing, and availability may change over time as we learn from each production run. Fit guidance on our site is a starting point, not a guarantee — please use our size chart and one-time free fit exchange if a pair doesn’t fit as expected.

Reviews & user content

By submitting a review or other content, you grant Belle a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content in connection with our store and marketing. Reviews are moderated before publishing and may be removed at our discretion if they violate these terms or are not genuine.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our third-party payment provider once enabled; Belle does not store your full card details. Until card payments launch, checkout collects your email so we can notify you the moment it opens.

Shipping & returns

Shipping timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
