Where we ship from
Every order ships from Santa Monica, California, to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
Shipping cost
Belle doesn’t mark shipping up or build it into the price of the tight. Shipping is charged at carrier cost, calculated at checkout once your address and order are known. Combining multiple pairs in one shipment lowers the shipping cost per pair, so ordering for a group — a class, a studio, a sibling — is the most efficient way to order.
Free studio pickup
Westside School of Ballet families can choose free studio pickup at checkout instead of shipping. We’ll email you when your order is ready to collect on the next pickup day — no shipping charge at all.
Processing time
Orders are picked, packed, and handed to our carrier within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your label is created.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, tracking details appear on your order history and in your shipping confirmation email.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, or a tracked package shows delivered but never arrives, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
